약물전달시스템을 위한 생분해성 열감응성 스타형블록공중합체Biodegradable Temperature-Sensitive Star-shaped BlockCopolymer for Drug Delivery System
본 발명은 생분해성을 가지면서 수용액상에서 온도에 따라 졸/겔 전이를 보이는 열감응성 스타형 블록공중합체에 관한 것으로, 비결정성 폴리에스테르로 구성되는 소수성 블록과, 폴리(에틸렌옥시드)로 구성되는 친수성 블록을 포함하는 생분해성 스타형 블록공중합체를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 생분해성을 가지면서 수용액상에서 온도에 따라 졸/겔 전이를 보이며, 선형 블록공중합체와 비교하여 볼 때 보다 낮은 농도에서도 겔을 형성할 수 있으며, 미셀의 형성에도 유리하여 약물전달 시스템에 매우 유용한 열감응성 스타형 블록공중합체를 제공한다.
