그래핀 필름 제조방법, 이에 의하여 제조된 그래핀 필름, 이를 포함하는 전극재료 및 그 처리방법 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 필름 제조방법은 그래핀 산화물을 친수성 용매에서 분산시켜 분산액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 분산액을 회전 건조시키는 단계; 및 상기 회전 건조에 의하여 얻어진 그래핀 산화물 필름을 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 제조방법은 친수성 용매에서 분산된 그래핀 산화물을 회전 건조한 후, 이를 환원시키는 방식에 의하여 대면적의 그래핀 필름을 매우 경제적으로 제조할 수 있다. 더 나아가, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 그래핀 필름은 우수한 물리적 성질을 가지므로, 다양한 응용분야에 사용될 수 있다.
