For the purpose of new organizational knowledge centric knowledge management, this paper proposes the knowledge creating organizational memory model which shows the knowledge creation in organization according to the dialectical circulation between the domain knowledge and the task knowledge, based on th yin yang theory. This paper defines two kinds of organizational knowledge such as the domain knowledge and task knowledge and designs them in the pursuit of its lifecycle. And this paper explotis four layers of organizationl memory according to IRDS repository standards.
