| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 전력 증폭기에 관한 것으로서, 무선통신 시스템용으로 사용되는 전력 증폭기를 다수 단의 차동증폭기 구조의 구동 증폭단과 전력 증폭단으로 구성하고 구동 증폭단은 전력 증폭단을 구동함과 동시에 정합 회로를 통하여 부하저항에 직접 연결하여 저출력 전력 영역에서는 전력 증폭단을 꺼주고 구동 증폭단의 출력이 부하저항에 나타나게 함으로써 추가적인 스위치 없이도 출력전력의 전 영역에서 효율을 증대 시키고 동작영역을 확장 시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. | - |
