| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 금속복합재료에 사용되는 SiC 분말함유 다공성 예비성형체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 강화재인 SiC 분말과 폴리머포머의 첨가량을 조절함으로써 강화재의 부피분율을 요구되는 목적에 따라 설계하거나 제작할 수 있는 예비성형체의 제조방법을 개시한다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 제조방법은 (a) 볼밀링에 의해 SiC 분말과, 폴리머포머 및 기타 공지의 첨가물을 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계, (b) 상기 제조된 슬러리를 가압하여 슬러리의 잔류수분량을 감소시키는 단계, (c) 잔류수분량이 감소된 상기 슬러리를 건조하여 예비성형체를 제조하는 단계, (d) 상기 예비성형체를 소성하여 폴리머포머를 제거하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
