전도체, 전도체에 레이저를 조사하여 상기 전도체로부터 전기장을 발생시키도록 되어 있는 레이저 발생부를 포함하는 레이저 가공장치가 공개된다. 상기 전도체 근처에 배치되는 가공물의 전자가 상기 전기장에 의해 추출된다.
