분쇄된 흑운모에 밀기울, 쌀겨, 및 당밀로 이루어진 군에서 1이상을 포함하는 탄수화물, 물, 및 미생물을 혼합하여 흑운모를 발효시키는 방법, 이러한 방법에 따라 제조된 발효된 흑운모, 흑운모 발효용 조성물, 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 사료첨가제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 사료 첨가제는 미네랄 공급원이자 생균제 역할을 동시에 수행하는바, 가축의 면역기능을 활성화시키고, 내병성이 증진되며, 소화촉진 효과로 인한 성장촉진이 개선되는 효과를 발휘한다.
