본 발명은 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트, 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트를 생산하는 능력을 가지는 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 생분해성 신규 폴리머인 2-하이드록시부티레이트를 모노머로 함유하고 있는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트 및 이를 제조할 수 있는 재조합 미생물을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
