그래핀/금속 나노 복합 분말 및 이의 제조 방법Graphene/metal nanocomposite powder and method of manufacturing thereof
상기의 기술적 과제를 이루기 위한 본 출원의 일 측면은 그래핀/금속 나노 복합 분말을 제공한다. 상기 그래핀/금속 나노 복합 분말은 기지 금속 및 상기 기지 금속 내에 분산되고, 상기 기지 금속의 강화재로 작용하는 그래핀을 포함한다. 상기 그래핀은 상기 기지 금속의 금속 입자 사이에 박막 형태로 개재하여 상기 금속 입자와 결합한다. 상기 기지 금속 내의 상기 그래핀의 함량은 상기 그래핀 상호간의 반응에 의해 상기 그래핀의 구조 변형이 방지될 수 있는 한도인 0 vol% 을 초과하여 30 vol% 미만이다.
