| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 유기물질을 이용한 담색을 띄는 자성 입자 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지와 계면활성제, 그리고 자성 입자를 혼합 및 교반하여 자성 입자를 코팅하는 단계; 및 상기 코팅된 자석 입자를 자석을 이용하여 코팅된 자성 입자를 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 유기물질을 이용한 담색을 띄는 자성 입자의 제조방법 및 그의 방법으로 제조된 자성 입자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유기물질을 이용한 담색을 띄는 자성 입자의 제조방법은 자성 입자 각각의 표면에 흰색의 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지를 코팅함으로써, 적은 양의 코팅 물질로 효율적으로 입자의 색을 옅게 만들 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 자성 입자의 응집을 막아 용액 속에서 입자들이 쉽게 분산될 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법은 자성 입자의 코팅 횟수를 조절하여 코팅 두께를 조절하며, 이를 통해 상기 입자의 자성 특성 및 색상을 조절할 수 있게 한다. | - |
