플라즈마 디스플레이 패널용 유전체 및 그 제조방법Dielectric Materials for Plasma Display Panel andManufacturing Method thereof
본 발명은 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널용 유전체 및 그 제조방법으로서, 졸-겔법에 의해 제조되며, 구조내에 규소에 결합된 산소원자 또는 가교가 가능한 유기단량체로 가교되거나 수식이 가능한 유기단량체를 포함하는 망목구조를 가지는 유기규소화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널용 유전체를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 유전체의 조성이 PbO를 함유함이 없이 섭씨 150∼200도의 낮은 온도에서도 소성이 가능하고 액상으로부터 코팅방법을 이용해 유전체 막을 용이하게 형성시킬 수 있다.
