| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 트랜스포머와 핀치오프 클리핑을 이용한 4 위상 LC 공진 전압 제어 푸쉬-푸쉬 발진기에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 신호의 특성을 나쁘게 하는 출력버퍼와 DC 준위 조절기(DC level shifter) 없이 핀치오프 클리핑(pinch-off clipping)할 수 있도록 출력신호의 DC 전압을 조절할 수 있는 트랜스포머를 이용한 4 위상 LC 공진 전압 제어 발진기를 이용하여 f0/2 주파수 신호를 푸쉬-푸쉬 방법으로 2 위상 f0 주파수 신호나 단일 위상 2f0 주파수 신호를 만듦으로써 인덕터를 이용한 4 위상 전압 제어 발진기에 비하여 좋은 특성을 가지면서도 출력버퍼와 DC 준위 조절기 없이 핀치오프 클리핑을 할 수 있어 단순한 구조로 잡음 특성이 좋은 LC 공진 전압 푸쉬-푸쉬 발진기를 만들 수 있는 이점이 있다. | - |
