| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 스크롤을 구성하는 블레이드와 이를 지지하는 플레이트 또는 하우징을 각각 분리 제작하여 결합한 결합형 스크롤에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 결합형 스크롤(200)은 고정스크롤(210)에 편심된 회전스크롤(220)이 맞물려 회전하면서 유체를 압축 또는 팽창시키는 구조를 갖는 것으로서, 회전스크롤(220)은 나선형태를 갖는 블레이드(221)와, 블레이드의 일측이 끼워져 접합되는 나선형 홈(222a)이 일면에 형성된 플레이트(222)로 구성되고, 고정스크롤(210)은 나선형태를 갖는 블레이드(211)와, 블레이드의 일측이 끼워져 접합되는 나선형 홈이 내부 일면에 형성된 하우징(212)으로 구성된다. 따라서 본 발명은 스크롤을 구성하는 블레이드와 이를 지지하는 플레이트 또는 하우징을 각각 분리 제작하여 결합함으로 가공시간이 훨씬 단축되고 절차가 간단해져 생산성이 향상되며 재료의 낭비가 없어 비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다. | - |
