| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 능동적으로 에어로졸상 입자의 농도특성을 제어할 수 있으며, 에어로졸상 입자를 연속적으로 발생시킬 수 있는 에어로졸상 입자 발생장치, 발생방법 및 이를 이용한 에어로졸상 입자의 검출시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 달성하기 위한 수단으로 본 발명에 따른 에어로졸상 입자 발생장치는 프레임; 프레임에 의해 지지되고, 상단에 에어로졸상 입자 배출구가 형성된 원통형상의 챔버; 챔버의 측면을 관통하여 챔버 내부로 인입되고, 인입된 부분에 오리피스가 형성되어 에어제트를 분사하는 공기유입관; 공기유입관에 연결되어 공기를 공급하는 입력부; 챔버의 내부 하측에 설치되고, 상면에 재료가 놓이는 회전부; 및 회전부의 하측에 위치하여 회전부를 회전시키는 모터를 포함을 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 의하면 에어제트의 유량제어 및 회전속도제어가 가능하여 능동적인 에어로졸상 입자의 농도조절이 가능하고, 장시간의 균일한 입자의 발생이 가능한 이점이 있다. | - |
