본 발명은 입자를 포획하는 미세유체 소자에 관한 것으로서, 입자가 포함된 미세유체가 흐르는 챔버; 챔버를 흐르는 미세유체 내에 포함된 입자를 포획하는 미세 채널; 및 챔버와 연결된 미세 채널의 반대편에 연결된 유체 흡입 채널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 미세 채널을 통한 미세유체 흡입에 의하여 빠르고 간편하게 세포 포획이 가능하도록 하고, 미세 채널을 통한 세포 간 신호전달 및 물질 상호 전달과정의 관찰 및 실험이 용이하도록 한다.
