| dc.description.abstract | 이 발명은 연료전지(fuel cell)에서 금속 분리판의 유로를 흐르는 유체의 운동이 난류가 되도록 채널의 표면조도를 선택적으로 거칠게 형성하는 금속 분리판 제작 방법에 관한 것이다.이 금속 분리판 제작 방법은, 연료전지의 금속 분리판을 제작하는 금속분리판제작단계와; 상기 금속 분리판의 유로 패턴에 맞는 금속 스텐실을 제작하는 금속스텐실제작단계와; 상기 금속 분리판과 상기 금속 스텐실을 정렬하고 부착하여 금속 분리판 결합체를 제작하는 결합단계와; 상기 금속 분리판 결합체에 샌드 블러스트 공정을 수행하여 상기 금속 분리판의 유로 표면의 조도를 변화시키는 샌드블러스트단계와; 상기 샌드블러스트단계 후 상기 금속 분리판 결합체로부터 금속 스텐실을 제거하는 스텐실제거단계를 포함한다. | - |
