대장암 진단 방법A method for the diagnosis of colon cancer
본 발명은 베타-합토글로빈(beta-haptoglobin)의 이량체 Lea(Lea-on-Lea; IV3Galβ1→3[Fucα1→4]GlcNAcLc4Cer)를 이용한 대장암 진단 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 대장암 환자의 혈액 유래 베타-합토글로빈의 당쇄구조 중 O-연결 당쇄 항원결정기인 이량체 Lea가 정상인에 비해 현저히 증가되는 것을 확인함으로써, 상기 이량체 Lea를 진단 마커로 이용하여 대장암 진단 키트를 구성하고, 이를 이용하여 대장암 진단 방법에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
