금속지지체형 고체산화물 연료전지의 제조방법Fabrication Method of Metal Supported Solid Oxide Fuel Cell
본 발명은 금속지지체형 고체산화물 연료전지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게, 상기 금속지지체 상부에 상기 연료극층 및 전해질층을 형성하고, 상기 전해질층 상부에 전해질 물질을 함유하는 버퍼 슬러리를 도포하여 그린(green) 버퍼층을 형성하고 상기 그린 버퍼층 상부에 공기극 물질을 함유하는 공기극 슬러리를 도포하여 그린(green) 공기극층을 형성한 후, 상기 금속지지체형 고체산화물 연료전지의 정상 운전에 의해 상기 그린 버퍼층 및 상기 그린 공기극층을 동시(in-situ) 소결(sintering)하는 특징이 있다.
