| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 기구 및 기계 설계를 응용한 제반 기술을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 시편이송 스테이지 장치 및 그 구동방법은 다수의 레이저 간섭계를 사용하여 바미러의 정렬오차를 보상하고 시편 이송부의 현 위치를 좀 더 정확히 파악 및 측정함을 통해 보다 높은 정확도 및 정밀도를 갖게 함으로써, 다수의 소형 바미러를 구비시켜 바미러의 정렬오차로 인해 시편 이송부의 현 위치를 보다 정밀하게 측정하지 못하는 대형 스테이지 장치의 성능 저하에 대한 문제점을 극복한다.또한, 본 발명은 대형 스테이지 장치에 구비되는 대형 바미러 대신 소형 바미러를 다수개 탑재시킴으로써, 시편이송 스테이지 장치 제작시 소요되는 제작 비를 경감시킬 수 있다.또한, 본 발명은 시편 이송부의 도달 좌표와 목적 좌표 간에 발생되는 바미러의 정렬오차를 보상해 주는 기능으로 인하여 보다 정밀도가 높은 제품의 출시에 따른 구매자의 구매 욕구를 향상시키고, 그에 결과로 구매율 및 기업 이윤을 극대화시킨다. | - |
