본 발명은 비닐리덴플루오라이드 계열의 고분자를 용매에 용해하여 얻은 고분자용액에 비용매를 첨가하여 과포화 고분자 용액을 얻는 단계; 고분자 용액을 기판에 캐스팅 한 후 용매를 증발시켜 필름형태의 고분자막을 얻는 단계; 및 고분자막을 비용매에 넣어 상전이법에 의해 기공을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 분리막의 제조방법을 제공한다.
