본 발명은 전구체 용액 또는 졸을 기공구조를 가지는 실리카의 제조과정 중에 첨가하여 페로브스카이트 구조를 갖는 산화물 나노분말 및 산화물과 실리카의 복합체 나노분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의하면 높은 표면적을 가지는 미세한 페로브스카이트 구조의 금속산화물 나노분말 및 산화물과 실리카의 복합체를 제조할 수 있다.
