| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 헤테로다인 간섭 리소그래피 장치 및 그 장치를 이용한 미세패턴 형성방법에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 간섭 리소그래피 장치에 있어서, 동시에 2 이상의 서로 다른 파장을 갖는 레이저를 발진시키는 멀티 레이져 광원부; 광원부에서 발진된 레이저의 방향을 소정 방향으로 반사시키는 미러; 미러에 반사된 레이저의 조사면적을 확장시키는 빔확장기; 및 빔확장기에 의해 확장된 레이저에 의해 노광시킬 시편이 설치되는 베이스부와 확장된 레이저가 입사되어 베이스부로 반사시키는 반사부 및 베이스부와 반사부를 소정방향으로 회전시키는 회전부를 구비하는 회전 스테이지;를 포함하고, 시편에 서로 다른 방향으로 입사되는 파장에 의해 발생되는 복수의 제1차 간섭무늬 및 복수의 제1차간섭무늬가 서로 간섭되면서 발생되는 제2차 간섭무늬에 의해 시편에 보다 다양한 형태의 미세패턴이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로다인 간섭 리소그래피 장치에 대한 것이다. | - |
