| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명에 의한 전자 부품 접합 방법은, 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품의 사이에 접합용 수지를 개재(介在)하여 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품을 접합하는 전자 부품 접합 방법에 관한 것으로서, 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품 사이에 접합용 수지를 제공하는 접합용 수지 제공 단계와, 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품을 서로에 대해서 정렬시키는 정렬 단계와, 상기 접합용 수지에 탄성이 발생하도록 상기 접합용 수지를 1차 경화하는 1차 경화 단계와, 상기 1차 경화 단계에 의해 탄성력이 발생한 접합용 수지에 진동 에너지를 인가하여 상기 제1 전자 부품과 제2 전자 부품이 서로에 대해 견고하게 고정되도록 하는 본경화 단계와, 상기 본경화 단계에서 인가되는 진동 에너지의 진폭을 접합용 수지의 탄성 영역 이내로 제어하는 진동 에너지 제어 단계를 포함한다. | - |
