| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 요철형상의 금형을 이용하여 요철 복합재료 플라이(Ply)를 성형하고, 섬유방향을 고려한 복합재료 플라이의 적층 및 접합을 통해 구현되는 복합재료 미소 채널 냉각판에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 복합재료 미소 채널 냉각판(300)은 다수의 미소 채널(360)을 형성하도록 일측면에 요철형상을 가지며, 모재(Matrix)에 배열되는 다수의 섬유 방향이 미소 채널의 방향과 동일한 0°복합재료 플라이(320)와, 미소 채널의 방향과 섬유 방향이 90°각도를 갖는 90°복합재료 플라이(350)를 교대로 접합하여 구성한다. 본 발명은 열전도도가 우수한 섬유 방향을 고려한 복합재료 플라이를 적층 및 접합하여 구성함으로 열전달 효과가 우수하여 칩의 효율적인 냉각이 가능하다. | - |
