본 발명은 입체 영상의 디스패리티 그래프 압축 조절 장치 및 방법, 이미지 처리 장치, 및 기록 매체에 관한 것으로, 상기 입체 영상의 디스패리티 그래프 압축 조절 장치는 입체 영상에 대한 1차원의 초기 디스패리티 그래프를 생성하는 초기 디스패리티 그래프 생성부; 포아송 방정식을 이용하여 상기 초기 디스패리티 그래프를 압축하는 전체 압축부; 및 1차원 모션 워핑 방식으로 상기 전체 압축부에 의해 압축된 디스패리티 그래프를 연결하는 씬 연결부;를 포함할 수 있다.
