염을 이용한 흑연 층간 화합물 제조에 의한 그래핀 제조 방법Graphene forming method by graphite intercalation compounds made by salts
본 발명은 흑연 층간 화합물(Graphite Intercalation Compound : GIC)을 제조하고 그것을 이용해 그래핀(graphene)을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 알칼리 금속 염 또는 알칼리 토금속 염으로부터 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온을 얻는 단계; (b) 상기 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온을 이용하여 흑연 층간 화합물을 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 흑연 층간 화합물을 분산시켜 그래핀을 얻는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명은 값이 싸고 안전한 염을 이용함으로써 낮은 가격으로 쉽게 흑연 층간 화합물을 제조하고, 그것을 통해 그래핀을 얻어냄으로써 그래핀의 제조 가격을 낮출 수 있으며, 쉽게 그래핀을 대량 생산할 수 있다.
