| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 메탄올 또는 디메틸에테르로부터 프로필렌을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 반응물로 메탄올 또는 디메틸에테르와 희석가스를 포함하는 이들의 혼합물에 제올라이트(HZSM-5) 구조내에 존재하는 알루미늄 대신 철(Fe) 성분이 치환되어 있는 결정질 페로실리케이트(Fe-silicate) 촉매를 메탄올 또는 디메틸에테르의 전환반응에 도입함으로써 높은 선택성의 프로필렌을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법으로 메탄올 또는 디메틸에테르와 희석가스를 포함하는 혼합물을 전환시키면 프로필렌/에틸렌(C3=/C2=) 비율은 높고, 프로판/프로필렌(C3/C3=) 비율은 낮은 프로필렌을 포함한 혼합물을 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 반응물에서의 공급원료와 희석가스의 부피비는 1:100 ∼ 5:1 이다. 프로필렌, 메탄올, 디메틸에테르, 제올라이트, 페로실리케이트(Fe-silicate) | - |
