| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 금속층 제조방법은, 기판 상에 유기금속화합물 잉크를 코팅하는 코팅단계; 상기 유기금속화합물 잉크의 유기물이 증발하기 시작하는 온도 이상이고, 상기 기판 상에 금속 코팅면이 형성되는 온도 미만인 소정온도로 상기 기판을 가열하는 가열단계; 및 상기 유기물이 모두 증발한 후 동일한 온도로 가열하여 상기 기판 상에 남은 금속입자들이 결합하여 소결되는 것에 의하여 금속층이 형성되는 금속층형성단계; 를 포함한다. | - |
