초전도체 박막의 제조 방법A method for preparing superconducting thin film
본 발명은 초전도체 박막의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 테이프형 기판에 초전도체 물질을 증착하여 초전도체 박막을 제조할 때 테이프형 기판이 감기는 기판 안착 수단을 먼저 가열한 후 테이프형 기판을 감는 단계를 포함함으로써, 박막 증착 시간을 단축시키고, 고열로 인한 테이프형 기판의 손상 문제를 해결할 수 있는 초전도체 박막의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
