| dc.description.abstract | 통계에 기반한 적응적 감시카메라 시스템 구동 방법 및 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통계에 기반한 적응적 감시카메라 시스템 구동 방법은 소정 영역에서 발생하는 이벤트를 검출하기 위한 감시 카메라 시스템의 구동방법으로, 상기 방법은, 상기 소정 영역에서 발생하는 이벤트 발생에 대한 통계 정보가 시간에 따라 미리 분류되어, 획득되는 단계; 상기 감시 카메라에 의한 이벤트 검출 확률이 상기 통계 정보와 비교되는 단계; 및 상기 이벤트 검출 확률이 상기 통계 정보와 소정 수준 이상으로 차이가 나는 경우, 이벤트 검출을 위한 상기 감시 카메라의 문턱치가 변경되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 감시 카메라 시스템 구동 방법은 고정된 감시 카메라 문턱치 대신 통계적 확률에 기반하여 문턱치를 변경시키는 동적 문턱치를 사용하여, 미검출 확률 및 오경보 확률을 동시에 낮출 수 있다. 따라서, 실제 발생하는 이벤트 확률에 비하여 과도하게 높은 문턱치를 갖는 감시 카메라 시스템에 의한 미검출 확률을 낮출 수 있고, 반대로 실제 발생하는 이벤트 확률에 비하여 과도하게 낮은 문턱치를 갖는 감시 카메라 시스템에 의한 오경보 확률 또한 낮출 수 있다. | - |
