| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 급속가열법을 이용한 결정질 루브렌 박막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 비정질 루브렌 박막을 급속가열하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정질 루브렌 박막의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 급속가열법을 이용한 결정질 루브렌 박막의 제조방법은 종래의 고품질 결정질 필름으로 제조가 어려웠던 루브렌(rubrene)을 급속가열하는 간단한 공정만으로 고성능 박막 트랜지스터(TFT) 특성을 보이는 결정질 필름으로 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따라 제조되는 루브렌 박막은 매우 높은 전하 이동도를 나타냄으로써 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)의 제조에 적용되어 고성능 박막 트랜지스터를 제조할 수 있다. | - |
