| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 멀티라인 카메라를 이용한 광간섭성 단층촬영장치 관한 것으로, 광간섭성 단층촬영장치에 있어서, 광을 출력하는 광원부, 상기 광원부에서 출력되는 출사광의 일부는 기준미러로 조사하여 기준광을 획득하고, 나머지 광은 샘플로 조사하여 샘플광을 획득하며, 상기 기준광과 샘플광을 간섭시켜 P파 간섭광과 S파 간섭광을 각각 획득하는 본체부 및 상기 본체부에서 획득한 P파 간섭광과 S파 간섭광을 입사받아 회절격자로 각각 투과시킨 후 상기 P파, S파 간섭광을 독립적으로 하나의 카메라에서 측정하여 샘플의 이미지를 획득하는 검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 측정속도와 측정깊이를 향상시킬 수 있고 분광기 구조를 간소화시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. | - |
