나노 구조체의 제조 방법Manufacturing Methode of Nanostructure
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 나노 구조체의 제조 방법은 볼록부와 오목부를 가지는 나노 패턴 틀 위에 복수개의 나노 입자를 도포하는 단계, 상기 나노 패턴 틀의 볼록부 위에 도포된 나노 입자를 대상 기판 위에 전사하여 나노 시드층 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 상기 대상 기판 위의 나노 시드층 패턴을 성장시켜 나노 구조체를 형성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
