| dc.description.abstract | 레이저를 이용한 그래핀 열처리 방법, 이를 이용한 그래핀 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 그래핀이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 특성 향상 방법은 기판 상에서 성장한 그래핀에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 특성 향상 방법, 제조방법은 레이저를 이용, 기판에서 성장한 그래핀의 특성을 향상시킨다. 특히 저온에서의 그래핀 제조가 가능하므로, 플렉서블 그래핀 소자의 제조가 가능하며, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 그래핀은 향상된 물성으로 인하여, 산업적으로 이용 가능하다. | - |
