| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 천연 실크 단백질과 거의 유사한 분자량을 가지는 고분자량의 재조합 실크 또는 실크 유사 단백질 및 이를 이용하여 제조된, 물성이 향상된 마이크로 또는 나노 크기의 거미줄 또는 거미줄 유사 섬유에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 재조합 실크 또는 실크 유사 단백질은 거미로부터 생산되는 드래그라인 실크 단백질처럼 고분자량을 가지면서 섬유로 제조 시 천연 실크단백질과 유사하거나 더 우수한 물성을 가지는 장점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 재조합 실크 또는 실크 유사 단백질 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 거미줄 또는 거미줄 유사 섬유는 거미줄 섬유의 적용이 기대되는 생물공학적 분야 및/또는 의약 분야 등과 같은 다양한 산업적 분야에 사용될 수 있어 매우 유용하다. | - |
