탄소나노튜브 함유 그래핀 복합필름 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 탄소나노튜브 함유 그래핀 복합필름이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 그래핀 산화물과 탄소나노튜브가 분산된 혼합액을 얻는 단계; 상기 혼합액을 진공 상태에서 원심 회전시켜 탄소나노튜브-그래핀 산화물 복합필름을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 얻은 탄소나노튜브-그래핀 산화물 복합필름을 환원시켜, 상기 탄소나노튜브-환원 그래핀 복합필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브-그래핀 복합필름 제조방법이 제공된다.
