ＯｍｐＦ와 목적단백질의 동시 발현을 통한 목적 단백질의세포외 분비·생산 방법Method for Extracellular Production of Target Proteinsby Co-expression of OmpF and Target Proteins
본 발명은 목적단백질을 세포 배양액으로 분비·생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 대장균 유래 세포외막에 단백질 F(OmpF) 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 발현벡터와 세포 배양액으로 분비하고자 하는 목적단백질을 함유하는 재조합 발현벡터로 동시에 형질전환된 미생물 및 상기 미생물을 배양하여 목적단백질을 세포배양액으로 분비·생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 목적단백질을 타 단백질과 융합없이 순수한 상태로 세포 배양액으로 분비시킬 수 있어 목적단백질의 효율적인 분리정제가 가능하다. 대장균, 세포외막 단백질 F (OmpF), 세포외 분비생산
