스핀전달토크 나노 발진기를 이용한 프리스케일러 및 그 설계 방법Pre-sacler using spin transfer torque oscillators and design method thereof
본 발명은 고속 통신에 유리한 스핀 나노 발진기의 위상 잡음 특성을 개선할 수 있는 PLL용 프리스케일러에 관한 것으로서, 동일한 전류가 흐르되 서로 다른 주파수 출력 특성을 갖는 최소한 한 쌍의 스핀 나노 발진기로 이루어져 전류의 흐름을 제어하여 주파수를 고정할 수 있게 한 PLL용 프리스케일러에 관한 것이다.
