다중대역 클래스-이 전력증폭기Multi-band class E power amplifiers
본 발명은 입력 디퍼렌셜 신호를 증폭시키는 복수의 차동증폭기 및 상기 차동증폭기의 출력을 출력단에 전달하는 전압결합 전송선 트랜스포머를 포함하되, 사용 주파수에 따라 상기 전송선 트랜스포머에 DC 전원이 공급되는 위치를 가변시킴으로써 주파수 특성이 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중대역 E급 전력증폭기에 관한 것이다.
