본 발명은 광 추출 효율을 높인 유기 발광 소자, 이를 포함하는 조명장치, 및 이를 포함하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것으로, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 규칙적으로 패터닝된 제 1 전극층; 상기 제1 전극층 상에 배치되고, 유기층보다 굴절률이 작은 전도성 물질을 포함하는 저굴절 전도층; 상기 저굴절 전도층을 상에 배치된 유기층; 및 상기 유기층 상에 형성된 제 2 전극층;을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자를 제공한다.
