나노 플라즈모닉 바이오 센서Nano Plasmonic bio-sensor
본 발명은 플라즈모닉 나노구조 형태의 화학 및 바이오 센서에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 센서 내 포함된 금속 나노구조체 간의 수직 간격을 조절하여 국부표면플라즈몬 공명 현상을 증폭시켜 자극 감지능을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 화학/바이오 물질의 선택적 검출 및 센서의 감지 재현성을 보장할 수 있는 나노 플라즈모닉 바이오 센서를 제공할 수 있다.
