아티팩트가 적고 대조도가 높은 영상을 생성하는 의료 영상 장치 및 영상 생성 방법이 제공된다. 의료 영상 장치가 영상을 생성하는 방법은, 제 1 이미징 슬랩(imaging slab)의 제 1 슬랩 데이터를 획득하는 단계와, 제 1 이미징 슬랩의 위치로부터 기 설정된 방향으로 이동된 제 2 이미징 슬랩의 제 2 슬랩 데이터를 획득하는 단계 및 제 1 슬랩 데이터 및 제 2 슬랩 데이터 중 대상체 상의 동일한 위치에 대응하는 슬라이스에 포함되는 데이터를 이용하여 복원된 영상을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
