돌연변이 프로테이즈 알레르겐을 포함하는 천식 예방 또는 치료용 조성물Composition for preventing or treating asthma comprising Mutant protease allergen
본 발명은 돌연변이 프로테이즈 알레르겐을 이용한 천식 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 균류 유래 단백질 분해효소(fungal protease allergen)에 의해 유발되는 알레르기성 천식의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물을 제조하기 위한 누룩곰팡이(Aspergillus oryzae) 유래의 돌연변이 프로테이즈 알레르겐, 이를 코딩하는 유전자 및 돌연변이 프로테이즈 알레르겐의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 프로테이즈 활성이 제거된 돌연변이 프로테이즈 알레르겐은 알레르겐에 대한 면역관용을 유도하여 알레르겐에 의한 염증 억제 효과를 보이므로 천식의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
