대면적 나노렌즈 및 이의 제조 방법Large-scale Nanolens and manufacturing method thereof
본 발명은 대면적 나노렌즈 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게 기판 상에 나노스피어 단일층(nanosphere monolayer)을 형성하고, 건식식각으로 나노스피어 크기를 조절한 다음, 열적 리플로우를 통해 나노렌즈를 제조함으로써, 저가 제작이 용이한 나노스피어 리소그래피 기술을 이용하여 대면적 패터닝이 가능한 대면적 나노렌즈 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
