본 발명은 사이즈 및 형태를 조절하여 AuNPCs를 합성하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 AuNPCs 합성방법을 이용하면 특정 모양 또는 사이즈의 AuNPCs를 합성할 수 있으며, 합성된 AuNPCs의 SERS 효과가 우수하기 때문에 SERS 플랫폼 또는 센서에 활용할 수 있다.
