란다우 레벨 레이저 원리를 이용한 테라헤르츠파 발생 장치Apparatus for generating terahertz wave using Landau level laser
본 발명은 금속의 도파관, 상기 도파관 내부에 형성되고 테라헤르츠파 투과성을 갖는 유전체 지지층, 상기 유전체 지지층의 중앙 돌출부에 형성되어 테라헤르츠파를 발생시키는 그래핀 채널 FET 소자 및 상기 그래핀에 자기장을 인가하는 자기장 인가부를 포함하고, 상기 유전체 지지층은 상기 테라헤르츠파를 가이드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 란다우 레벨 레이저 원리를 이용한 테라헤르츠파 발생 장치에 관한 것이다.
