능동 매트릭스 유기 발광다이오드를 이용한 평판 디스플레이의 구동 회로와 구동 방법Driving circuit and method of flat panel display using active mode organic light emitting diode(AM OLED)
본 발명은 디지털 전류 구동이 가능한 능동 매트릭스 유기 발광다이오드를 이용한 평판 디스플레이의 구동 회로와 상기 구동 회로의 구동 방법에 관한 것으로, 디지털 전류 구동을 이용함으로써 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)의 불균일성 문제와 평판 디스플레이 장치의 대형화 및 고해상도화에 따른 스캔 시간 제한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 하나의 전류 데이터에 대해 능동 매트릭스 유기 발광다이오드의 열화를 보상하여 갱신함으로써 보상부 및 데이터 구동부의 구조를 단순화시킬 수 있는 능동 매트릭스 유기 발광다이오드를 이용한 평판 디스플레이의 구동 회로 및 구동 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
