미소입자 처리 장치는, 유입부와 유출부를 포함하며 미소입자를 포함하는 유체의 흐름을 위한 공간을 제공하는 유동 챔버, 상기 유동 챔버 내에 순차적으로 구비되며 상기 유체가 통과하는 면적을 제어하기 위한 적어도 2개의 가변형 박막 구조물들, 및 상기 가변형 박막 구조물들 각각에 압력을 인가하기 위한 적어도 2개의 박막 제어 라인들을 포함한다.
