| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 이동단말 및 이를 이용한 핸드오버 선택 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 이종 무선망 간 핸드오버시 이동단말에 장착된 복수의 모뎀 인터페이스를 동시에 작동시킴으로써 발생하는 전력 소비를 최소화하기 위한 이종망 간 핸드오버 정책을 제공한다.본 발명은 복수의 무선 인터페이스의 상태 조합에 따라 신호 세기, 전송 품질, 통신 비용 등을 감안하여 최적의 무선망을 선택하고 사용되지 않은 무선 인터페이스를 저전력 상태로 전이시켜 복수의 인터페이스가 동시에 사용되는 시간을 최소화한다.본 발명은 이종망 간 핸드오버를 위해 무선 인터페이스들을 상태 조합에 따라 분류하고 각각의 상태 조합에 대해 차등화된 핸드오버 전략을 구사함으로써 최적의 이종망 간 핸드오버를 수행하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.핸드오버, 저전력, 이동단말, 무선 인터페이스, 이종망 | - |
