본 발명은 아렌(arenes)이나 알켄(alkenes) 화합물을 유기아자이드 화합물과 이리듐복합물(iridium complex)의 촉매하에서 탄소-수소 결합을 탄소-질소 결합으로 직접 아민화 시킬수 있는 신규한 제조방법을 제공하였다.
